1. Refund Conditions

We do not offer refunds unless the item arrives in a broken or damaged condition or is Dead on Arrival (DOA). If you receive a broken or damaged item, or if the item is Dead on Arrival (DOA), we will provide either a replacement or a cashback of the same amount to your user balance, which can be used to purchase new products from our site.

2. Broken or Damaged Items

If your item arrives broken or damaged, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your order. We may request photographic evidence of the damage to process your refund request.

Upon verification of the damage, we will offer you the option to receive a replacement for the damaged item or a cashback of the same amount to your user balance.

3. Dead on Arrival (DOA) Items

If your item is Dead on Arrival (DOA), meaning it does not function properly upon arrival, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your order. We may request additional information or troubleshooting steps to verify the issue.

Upon verification of the DOA status, we will offer you the option to receive a replacement for the defective item or a cashback of the same amount to your user balance.

4. Refund Process

To initiate a refund request for a broken, damaged, or DOA item, please contact our customer support team at [email protected]. Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photographic evidence.

Once your refund request is approved, we will process the replacement or cashback to your user balance within 3 business days.

5. Use of User Balance

The cashback amount will be added to your user balance, which can be used to purchase new products from our site. The user balance cannot be withdrawn as cash and is non-transferable.

6. No Refunds for Other Reasons

Under no circumstances will refunds be issued for reasons other than items arriving in a broken or damaged condition or being Dead on Arrival (DOA). Once an item is purchased, the money will not be refunded back unless the above-mentioned conditions occur.
